Step Up 2 Step On (Mentoring Scheme)

The premise is simple we work with individuals who need and want that extra support and provide intensive support from "four angles".  

Support is provided from our work coaches and a professional mentor (from industry). As a base there will be weekly meetings for the first 6 weeks (what we call "high impact contact") follow up sessions will be less frequent but will be scheduled to meet the needs of the mentee. 

This scheme is very person focussed and past participants have ranged from an individual who has been unemployed for almost 20 years to a graduate who has been struggling to find a job despite volunteering.

The Mentor Programme is self initiated to take part the mentee (person looking for support) must register themselves.

Employment Masterclasses

A course designed by our very own head coach. This course covers a range of topics ranging from body language and interview skills to climbing the career ladder. Whilst the masterclasses has a core foundation the number of optional modules ensure there is plenty of room for flexibility.

Maximum group size is 5 people. 95% of participants who attended have rated the course as outstanding !


Raising Aspiration Programme

Programme designed for school children who have become disengaged with the education system.

Education beyond academic knowledge - This is an amazing programme which focusses on how to learn.

Through this programme learners (of all ages) gain the abilities to adapt and demonstrate positive behaviour to enable them to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life as well as the drivers for achieving success.
